Bitspower has produced an entry-class side-flow CPU cooler called the "Phantom CPU Air Cooler with 4 Heat Pipes – Silver (DRGB)" that is compatible with a variety of systems. A single 120mm fan with an addressable RGB LED integrated in is included in the package.

In addition to four copper heat pipes, the heat sink with thin aluminum fins has a structure that effectively diffuses heat. The direct touch method, in which the heat pipe comes into direct contact with the CPU, is used in this instance.

The cooling fan is supplied with a fluid bearing fan with a 120 mm diameter. Main specifications include a maximum rotation speed of 1,800 rpm, an air volume of 80 CFM, and a maximum noise level of 34 decibels. A specific plastic clip holds it in place, and interference with the memory slot is avoided by placing it at an angle upward from the memory slot. Another set of clamps is included, and if a second fan is prepared separately, a twin fan setup is feasible. Intel LGA1700 / 1200 / 115x and AMD Socket AM4 are among the platforms that are supported. The ARGB LED used by the cooling fan is compatible with the ARGB lighting technology used by major motherboard makers, allowing for seamless integration. It costs just 25 USD.
