Who calls their game P.A.M.E.L.A in 2016? Name sounds like a budget softporn title from the mid-90's.

Recommended specs include a GTX 970 for DX 12? For what? 30 FPS at 1440p? Or is this game actually going to be optimized?

I'm a little surprised that it appears to support both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12, I'm kind of wondering whether it truly is DirectX 12. The recommended CPU is a little curious comared to the minimum CPU, when you take into consideration DirectX 12 vs DirectX 11.
I also doubt the game is optimised using AVX2, which would be the only real valid reason for an i5-4670K over an i5-3570K (for example).

hehe was wondering the same... as probably that 970 (or any other Maxwell card for that matter) will perform better or just as good under dx11 as under dx12

I was disappointed by lack of Silicon but it's ok because the game looks pretty cool.
