The NVIDIA "Special Address" will not take place in person but rather online through rebroadcast.
Given that CEO Jensen Huang did not appear at CES last year and that no information has been leaked about who will deliver the 2023 Address, it is safe to assume that Huang will not be giving the speech.
NVIDIA plans to reveal two new products at CES 2023: the GeForce 40 for portable devices and likely the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti for stationary computers. It appears that the RTX 4070 Ti could be released on January 5th, 2019, two days after the event.
