Nvidia Fabs 200 special Cyberpunk 2077 graphics cards based on 2080 Ti

Nvidia Fabs 200 special Cyberpunk 2077 graphics cards based on 2080 Ti

Right, GeForce RTX 2070, Cyberpunk 2077 that is relatively close towards each other I guess. Combine that with a teaser that NVIDIA left on Twitter.

Of course, NVIDIA in the past already has released a Star Wars Edition Titan Xp, so some people have been asking about a limited edition video card for the game. NVIDIA responded and is hosting a faded photo of something that certainly looks like the RTX design founders cooler. We think it's the RTX 2070 as 'RTX 2077' would be a nice fit.

Update: It's not a card that is to be released, but one of a kind card based on the 2080 Ti (200 made) a few of them are given away in a sweepstake. We’ve made just 200 of these Cyberpunk 2077 GPUs, they won’t be sold, but you can potentially win one (details below). Each has a custom AL5052 aluminum shroud, with Cyberpunk 2077’s signature yellow styling, and powerful GeForce RTX 2080 Ti hardware underneath. And of course, it comes gift wrapped in a special edition Cyberpunk 2077 box, perfect for a collector’s shelf.

More here.

Probably some special edition to sell left over Turing cards. Wouldn't count on Ampere to be teased yet.

Maybe they'll do a "2060 KS thing" with this special card?

2070 Super is not a bad buy.
Almost as fast as the original 2080 non-super, definitely faster than the older 1080 Ti (but with less memory).

Still, not a worthwhile upgrade for High-end Pascal owners... but people with older generations might find it very appealing.

So a fancy cyberpunky RTX 2077 with that level of performance should sell very well, assuming they don't charge ridiculous amounts for it (going over the price of 2080/Super or something)

if you arrived till now with pre pascal cards, you wait at least the announcement of the 3000 serie and evaluate. today the rtx are still at or above msrp. Is it worth?

Unless your videocard break who did not buy a rtx till now is not gonna do with a special edition
