While im not the biggest supporter of the gpu makers, it does take time to design and make things like this. No point in making it work, but having it difficult to implement for developers.
COD Ghosts used it on the dog, kinda pointless though as you cant tell unless you act like one and stick your face in its arse.
Though if you want to use examples like the ones you have, then the same could be done with UE4.

yeah i never knew it was in ghosts until they mentioned it.
what disappoints me is people saying gpus are powerful enough and dont need upgrading. thats cos all these fur, collision, destruction and all those other fancy smancy stuff, is not being actually implemented. just talked about.

The way i see it, is that even if it is implemented, the game isnt always going to be good. Im over the upgrade cycle that Doom3 - Crysis started, so i could less if its been used yet or not, im more interested if the game itself is any good.

Everything like WaveWorks, FaceWorks, FlameWorks etc. all falls under GameWorks.
