Yeah, a regular GeForce RTX 4070 is in the works next to the Ti as well. All-new NVIDIA RTX 4070 specifications have surfaced and leaked.
The RTX 4070 graphics card, which was originally advertised with 10GB of memory and a 160-bit interface, has reportedly been modified to have 12GB of memory and a 192-bit interface. The latest information from Kopite suggests that this SKU has 46 Streaming Multiprocessors and so 5888 CUDA cores. That is less than the previously speculated 7168, but it is identical to the current RTX 3070 SKU's specs. In the meantime, this card is scheduled to be "upgraded" to 12 GB 192 bits, making it functionally equivalent to the RTX 4070 Ti in terms of memory bandwidth.
The RTX 4070 is expected to have a TDP of 250W, which is just 35W lower than the Ti model. Board partners are expected to adopt the same board design for both SKUs because they both feature an AD104 GPU, have comparable thermal power requirements, and have equal memory specs. Even though the RTX 4070 Ti's release date has been moved back to January, the non-Ti variant may be released around the same time due to their similar specifications, but that remains speculation.
