NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Graphics Cards Gets Listed For Double the MSRP

Granted, it's not listed in the USA or EU, but in Pakistan. First this, the starting price for the upcoming GeForce RTX 3060 is set at 329 USD as NVIDIA announced. Multiply that number by two and that's what you can see listed for the cards, yep 750 USD.

Obviously, you'd need to be a complete fool to pre-order/order a card like that for that amount of money, anywho ...  in Pakistanseveral distributors are breaking NDA's with NVIDIA. The first listings on the internet go up to $ 750 USD, beating the MSRP by more than double. ZAH Computers, an official Pakistani distributor, already sells the Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Dual OC for 120,000 PKR (Pakistani rupees) which's $750 give or take.

The store excuses itself by explaining that the price is due to 'high customs duties and import taxes'. Yeah, with the new mining craze we doubt that anywhere on this glove prices will be at or close to MSRP levels with shortages in mind as well. We say parties like NVIDIA need to step in ... if you supply to a distributor, demand a cap on pricing and a max of say 2 cards per registered account. Of course, this idea is flawed as well, as you can make up many accounts and delivery addresses with family and friends.

ZAH Computers did just take down the webpage though.
