The biggest GeForce ADA-based GPU dubbed AD102 would get a tremendous transistor count.

The 4090 AD102 is rumored to get a transistor count of more than 75 billion. In comparison, the current 3090 GA102  has 28.3 billion transistors. The increase in transistor count is consistent with the larger density of transistors in the N5.

Where all the transistors GOP to remains to be seen, but could be huge caches. This would put its die-area in the neighborhood of 560 mm².

The NVIDIA AD102 GPU is rumored to feature up to 18432 CUDA cores, although it will most likely not be available in the first batch of GeForce RTX graphics cards. This GPU will be available with GDDR6X memory with up to 384 bit bus width. It is predicted that the AD102 will be used to power the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080, the two most powerful models in the RTX 40 series.
