NVIDIA Bundles GTX Series 10 GPUs with free copy of Shadow of the Tomb Raider
NVIDIA has started a promotion where you will receive Shadow of the Tomb Raider for free. Here's the thing though, it's valid for purchase of a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, 1080, 1070 Ti, 1070 or 1060 based graphics card. So NVIDIA might be clearing stock and making space for something new and super.
Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is the latest in the Tomb Raider franchise and sees you take Lara Croft on a race to save the world from a Maya apocalypse and become the Tomb Raider she is destined to be. Brough to the PC by famed specialists Nixxes Software, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider features several PC-exclusive graphical enhancements, as well as support for higher detail levels, framerates and resolutions. Capture all your defining moments in Shadow of the Tomb Raider with NVIDIA Ansel’s amazing in-game photos and NVIDIA Highlights automatic recordings. Then, share them instantly to social media using NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
This bundle will be fully redeemable via GeForce Experience, simply install your qualifying graphics card and install the latest Game Ready Driver and version of GeForce Experience and you can select ‘REDEEM’ from the account drop-down menu once you have logged in!

Personally, I think it's the worst one of the reboots. Rise was fantastic, but Shadow has waaaaaay too much hand holding and just feels sort of boring compared to past games. Maybe it's been updated since around launch, but I can't see myself going back to it after playing for 4 hours.

Probably the wrong game to bundle since it's particlarly a RTX showcase tech wise, but honestly guys... a lot of people on a budget, or deliberately not buying a GPU every one or two years might see this as a good time to pick up a 1080TI for cheap with a free game.
When we look at AMD and free game bundles it's always a plus... I think we shouldn't complain too much on this either. For some people this is an option, if they even decide to skip Turing (2xxx series) and go for something like 1080TI SLI now to prolongue their rig's lifetime for less investment.
