Not even Multi-GPU Support For Batman: Arkham Knight

Not even Multi-GPU Support For Batman: Arkham Knight

Ok, the game release pretty much is a disaster eh ? After all that happened, now you do not get multi-GPU support either. This actually is an Nvidia Gameworks supported title ? The promised re-release of Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam did not pack any performance improvements at all (compared to its Interim patch). Now SLI and Crossfire is not supported either.

Today Warner Bros stated that there won't be any patch to add multi-GPU support :-(

We’ve been working with our development and graphics driver partners over the last few months to investigate utilizing multi-GPU support within Batman: Arkham Knight. The result was that even the best case estimates for performance improvements turned out to be relatively small given the high risk of creating new issues for all players. As a result we’ve had to make the difficult decision to stop work on further multi-GPU support. We are disappointed that this was not practical and apologize to those who have been waiting for this feature.

Guru3D.com I want to thank you for your updated reviews. I am a fan of the Batman games and would have wasted my money on it if it wasn't for your reviews. Been a die hard fan since 2007. Thank You Again!

Here as well.....

Bought 4 980 Tis in total and got this f**king POS game with all 4 of them.

Nvidia really needs to step up and offer a replacement for those of us who had this w*nk game forced on us (I know some people like it, all good, happy for you - I don't, and the performance issues that remain, plus the time it took to get it into it's current 'working' state are totally unacceptable).

And this 'it was free' sh!t that Nvidia keeps trying to pull is dishonest. If it has 'no value', then why bother bundling it?

It had value, it was used as an incentive to get people to buy cards.

As with several others here, the SLI boxes I have now will be the last SLI machines I buy.

These days, it's way more trouble than it's worth, and I'm guessing one high end Pascal will manage 3440 x 1440 as one 980 TI is enough about 80% of the time.

Hey brotha.....willing to part with one of those codes for a "small" fee....?

I feel so much pain. I love the batman games, I have 3 monitors and quadfire 7970 and I only get 20fps. What a disappointment.
