New Battlefield 5 game to be announced Next Friday
Yeah, so it's like an EA made an announcement about an announcement ? Anyway EA and DICE will Arts announce that the next Battlefield game will be revealed on Friday, May 6th.
The announcement came on the franchise's official site, with a count down ponting to 4 PM Eastern Time. The world premiere will be livestreamed, and will stars the lead development team. Unfortunately, EA's ship seems to be far less leaky than Activision's, as the existence of the world premiere event is just about all the information we have regarding the next entry in the Battlefield series. An explosion of some nature is all we can see on the event page, but some fans think the phrase 'the future of Battlefield' might be a hint as to the setting of the sequel.
Could 2016's Battlefield be the long-awaited followup to Battlefield 2142? It's certainly a possibility, but there have also been rumors that the next Battlefield will return to World War I or World War II. In other words, unless there's a major leak between now and next Friday, we're going to have to wait and see.

Anybody still playing BF those days? I regretted that paid for BF2, then regretted that paid for BF3. BF Hardline Beta didn't brought any fixes to gameplay either. Yet i never regretted that i paid for Quake Wars. That was best tactical online shooter. Mile better than BF in term of gameplay. Hope Bethesda will resurrect Quake Wars.

Yeah and this is the problem, i personaly dont buy fast paced FPS shooter and wait for them to fix one of the most important and basic things in a fast paced FPS shooter, after a ONE FREAKING YEAR. Not to mention i got plagued often with infinite loading bug, which i encountered in BF3 too, extremely slow loading times even on SSD (the Chinesse maps loaded much faster but at that point i was done with the game), which with a imbecile browser server browser was infuriating, because with every disconnection (mostly at end of a round because who needs some XP) the whole game needs to load from a scratch. Yes if the stars were perfectly aligned and the game worked (like any normal game should) it was still fun, but for every problemfree round i had two bugged.
