Acer announced the expansion of its Predator monitor line-up with a new TN 24-inch flat-screen model featuring WQHD (2560x1440) resolution in a ZeroFrame design for seamless viewing in multi- monitor set-ups.
Aggressive aesthetics feature a sleek black frame with sharp angles and bold red accents. Outfitted with NVIDIA® G-SYNC™ technology and a quick 1ms response time, it renders fast- moving actions and dramatic transitions without smearing or ghosting for ultra-smooth game play. The Predator XB241YU delivers superb color accuracy with support for 100% of the sRGB color gamut, while NVIDIA ULMB™ technology1 reduces motion blur. Its fast 144Hz refresh rate can be overclocked up to 165Hz, speeding up the frames per second for gamers who like to push their limits.

i want something like this, exactly, but a 27 inch. does it exists?
2560x1440, 144hz, pivot option, gsync, 27inch.
I can find always maximum 4 of this 5 things in a monitor.

If you are ok with a TN panel, there's DELL S2716DG.
It's not the newest piece of hardware but it ticks all your boxes.

Might not tick all the boxes but, other 2560x1440, 27", 144hz+ panels include: Asus PG278Q, PG279Q, the Acer XB270HU, XB271HU, and the ViewSonic XG2703-GS.
