Need for Speed World has $100 DLC car

Blimey, now that's just greed. What's the most you are willing to pay for DLC? $5? $10? How about $100?? Last week EA introduced the Koenigsegg CCX 'Elite' Edition, a virtual sports car that can be purchased within the free-to-play MMOG, Need For Speed World.

According to the company, it's the game's first 'premium elit' car, and will cost virtual drivers a meaty $100 in real-world cash to own. The CCX is billed as the first of presumably many 'premium elite' cars headed to the racer/MMO hybrid, which recently topped five million registered users.
