Need a Beast of a PC ? GamingPC Releases 4.4 GHz Core i7-5960X Gaming System

Need a Beast of a PC ? GamingPC Releases 4.4 GHz Core i7-5960X Gaming System

Got cash to burn ? GamingPC introduces The Beast, a water-cooled 8 core Intel's new 5960X clocked at 4.4 GHz, 64 gigs of GSkill DDR4 memory and 4 x NVIDIA GeForce Titan Black in Quad-SLI built for the high end gaming market. Other specs include a custom water cooling solution, a 1 terabyte SSD, 8 terabytes of additional storage, the new Asus X99 Deluxe motherboard.

"Our customers demand the best money can buy so that's what we aim to provide," says Sebastien Piche, owner of GamingPC Canada. "The goal with this new system was to break all previous speed records and provide a smooth 4K gaming experience for our customers."

When it comes to power, nothing's faster.

  • Intel Core I7 5960X
  • 64 Gigs of G.SKILL RipJaws 2400Mhz DDR4 RAM
  • Crucial M550 SATA 1TB Solid State Drive
  • 2x Western Digital 4TB Black Edition hard Drive 8TB Total -Raid 0 -
  • Quad SLI EVGA GeForce GTX Titan Black
  • Custom Professional grade system with videocards Water Cooling (QUAD-SLI )
  • The Corsair Obsidian 750d Tower
  • Silverstone Strider ST1500 1500W Power Supply

We began with the heart of the computer, the I7 5960X procesor from Intel. Currently the absolute fastest solution when overclocked, I7 5960X is a monster when it comes to crunching numbers (and by numbers, we mean games). Overclocked at 4.4 Ghz on all 8 cores, there is nothing faster on the market.

The Video Card

Featuring the best videocard from Nvidia, we include a Quad Sli of GTX Titan Black video cards with 6 GB of RAM on EACH. If you're planning on doing high-definition gaming on 24" and 27" LCDs or even 50" LCD TVs, then nothing else comes close to the performance. You'll be playing every game on maximum settings for years to come.

The Hard Drive

Imagine a perfect world where every application you click loads instantly... Welcome to the world of The Beast. Every application is a millisecond away when you're using the fastest hard drive available on the market. While "enthusiasts" are using normal solid state drives, regular folks are using standard IDE drives, you're going to be rocking the Crucial M550 SATA 1TB Solid State Drive. While the rest of the world is still running with standard 80MB/sec drives, you'll be laughing as you dominate everyone else with your 550MB/sec drive, that's over 7x faster than everyone else. This will be especially apparent if you play any multiplayer games that require you to load maps, levels and graphics. While others are loading, you'll be ready and playing in seconds!

In addition, we understand that you need space... a ton of space. So we added the fastest high capacity hard drive on the market, the Western Digital 4 TB Black Edition but not only one, we putted 2 of them in Raid 0, so you can store your music, pictures and movies.

The MotherBoard

We are completely in love with the motherboard that we are putting in your computer. The brand new Asus Rampage V Extreme X99 is beyond crazy when it comes to features, performance and quality. The Asus Rampage IV Extreme X99 is the motherboard that entusiasts are drooling over... and that's exactly the motherboard that's going to be powering your computer

Nice PC but for what there charging you could probaby save atleast a 3rd of the price by doing it yourself which is most of the fun even though sometimes it can be a chore.

I actually love putting new computers together. The smell of fresh electronics/paint/whatever it is, shiny new pieces coming together, etc.
