NaturalVision Remastered Launch Trailer - The Ultimate GTA-V mod
Forum old-timer IceVIP created a new video on the GTA-V, NaturalVision Remastered mod. Yesterday his buddy released a huge update for the mod and got a lot of new updates, GTA looks better than ever and IceVIP made another trailer, his most technically advanced trailer he ever made for this game. Since he's part of the Guru3D inventory, below the video and gives our buddy a shameless plug on YT. The first one we started promoting went sky-high in views.
NaturalVision Remastered (NVR) is a "work-in-progress" visual overhaul mod. Numerous changes were made to the environmental weathers, lighting system, ambient colors, tone mapping, weapons system and select textures in order to blur the line between fantasy and reality. The main goal was to try and make GTAV look similar to Southern California in real life. NaturalVision Remastered does not rely on ReShade for its looks. This allows for players to enjoy a massive boost in performance. More than 3500 hours have been spent working on this mod.

For mods you need 2 installs, 1 to play online and the other to play mods on singleplayer only

"This allows for players to enjoy a massive boost in performance." What does this even mean? Are you saying if i install this mod my GTAV will run even better than a non modded version?

It means it wont have the performance hit that reshade gives

That comment is why i told the developer to change that line. Because even i would think it gives fps but what it means is that the game looks pretty without Reshade, reshade usually has a big performance impact so not using it gives a performance boost but not over vanilla.
If you know what you're doing then you don't need 2 installs. For instance i just remove all the custom .asi and .dll files from the main game directory and therefore I've no mods so i can go into online without having 2 copies.

Wow looks very impressive. Would love to try these mods out, but always afraid I'm gonna do something wrong(setup or forget to disable or whatever) and get myself banned from online(lol)....
