MSI to offer Katana-GF66-11UE-1227 15.6-inch full HD notebook PC, 144 Hz

MSI has announced the release of a new gaming notebook PC, the Katana-GF66-11UE-1227J, which will be available for purchase on February 9th. The limited edition model, which will be sold exclusively on Amazon, features a 144Hz 15.6-inch full HD display and is priced at an estimated $1,300 USD.

The notebook is powered by an Intel Core i7-11800H processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, and is equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce 3060 Laptop GPU for graphics. It also includes DDR4 16GB of memory and a 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD as standard equipment. In terms of connectivity, the notebook supports gigabit wired LAN, IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax wireless LAN, and Bluetooth 5.1. The device also includes a 920,000-pixel web camera, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C x 1, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A x 2, USB 2.0 Type-A x 1, HDMI x 1, and headphone output/microphone input Combo jack x 1. The battery capacity is 53.5Whr / 4,562mAh (3 cells) and the notebook weights 2.2kg and has the dimension 359mm in width, 259mm in depth, 24.9mm in height. The OS pre-installs Windows 11 Home 64bit version.
