MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA Edition

MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA Edition

Funny,. MSI has partnered up with Toho Co., Ltd to launch a Godzilla themed GeForce graphics card. The latest addition to the range of the firm is the GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA.

The newest version of the Lite Hash Rate RTX 3070 GPU is supported. It has a boost clock of up to 1785 MHz, which may be implemented using Dragon Centre software. Extremely efficient mode. That clock is 1770 MHz by default. It is a design with a twin 8-pin power supply and a 240W TDP. In that sense, the RTX 3070 LHR SUPRIM SE model delivers the same specs, which were recently launched last month.

Black and amaranth are the color design for the product, and yes it is available in the SUpRIM x Godzillla model. The backplate is built completely from brushed aluminum painted with the addition of Godzilla, SUPRIM x GODZILLA is a product only available in the Japanese market. We do not yet know whether MSI plans to reach other markets with this model.

Over here the video card prices haven't dropped at all. Availability is considerably better with some models, but the shops are expecting people to pay the bloated 1.5-2x prices. However, 3060 Ti, for example, is totally absent. Zero stock. I wonder if Nvidia is manufacturing the hash rate limited GA104-200 chips at all. If they are, I can only assume they never leave China, apart from the reference model cards sold in the USA (if those are still available to the Americans).

Used to love the old red/black Gaming coolers from MSI. This weird pinkish red though, ewww.

3070 Ti is only marginally more expensive here than the plain 3070. For example, Asus GeForce RTX 3070 ROG Strix OC is 1149,90€ and Asus GeForce RTX 3070 Ti ROG Strix OC is 1189,90€. Both immediately available. Some other models might have up to 100€ difference. but that's it. The prices are still at the mining craze level. The cheapest 3060 is over 600 euros. Like I said, all 3060 Ti models are nonexistent, so it doesn't really matter what their prices say. The plain 3080 is also at zero stock, so their prices are irrelevant as well.
