MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Aero And Armor make an appearance

MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Aero And Armor make an appearance

MSI is advancing on their Aero themed line of products and is releasing a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti based on that. The 11GB card will get a default clock frequency of 1480 MHz with a 1582 MHz boost clock frequency.

Sporting a sleek Black & Green look, the MSI GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti AERO 11G OC will look great in any NVIDIA build. The new AERO graphics cards feature a thermal design built around a radial fan which pushes all the heated air out of the PC via a rear exhaust, keeping the rest of your components cool.

Though we already have been able to see a teaser on the product, the final specs and photos have still been pending. Otherwise the specs are all quite familiar looking. The card has three DisplayPort connectors and one HDMI. The upper part of the bracket does not show DVI, likely to increase heat output / airflow of the blower style cooler.  The 250 TDP based card will be based on a blower style cooler, with green striping.

They barely announced the aero.. I imagine the sea hawk is at least 2 months away.

Armor is available on Newegg now and at $709.99 not bad. Two HDMI 2.0 ports is a nice touch.
