MSI Finally Releases Core Frozr XL CPU Cooler

Half a year ago MSI launhced its Core Frozr L cooler, this time arround the Core Frozr XL is unleased. The 250W capable MSI Core Frozr XL has a dark design and offers nice cooling capacity making it ideal for use in ATX based desktop systems and game PCs.

The cooler supports all popular Intel sockets, for AMD it is even AM3+ and all new AM4 compatible. So the RyZen processors can be chilled with this unit as well. Once again the unit gets a detachable cooler shroud that has the MSI Gaming dragon logo (RGB LED) configurable with the MSI Mystic Light RGB software. With a size of 150.4 mm x 170.0 mm x 129.8 mm (WxHxD) the cooler is heavvy duty at about 1,295 g. The two fans feature 4-pin PWM inputs, fluid-dynamic bearings, spin between 500 to 1,500 RPM, pushing 19.79 to 71.27 CFM of air, with 17.2 and 33.6 dBA noise levels rated. Supported is AM4, AM3(+), FM2(+), LGA2011(v3), LGA115x, LGA1366, and LGA775.

MSI has not released any release date or pricing, the L model hwoever was onlt 50 bucks (and really good).
