MSI A88X-G45 GAMING Passes 6 GHz Barrier with AMD A10-7850K

The MSI A88X-G45 GAMING, one of MSI's new AMD FM2+ based GAMING motherboards, recently broke the CPU Frequency overclocking record for the AMD A10-7850K processor by validating a smashing 6137.91 MHz clock speed. Most impressive, considering the fact that the record was set on an MSI GAMING motherboard instead of a dedicated overclocking model. It goes to show that MSI GAMING motherboards are not only full of GAMING galore, they also inherited plenty of OC DNA from MSI's Overclocking products.

MSI GAMING Motherboards; Maximizing Choice
Respectively available in ATX and Micro-ATX form factors, the MSI A88X-G45 GAMING and A88XM GAMING feature AMD's latest FM2+ platform and A88X chipset. With the introduction of these AMD FM2+ GAMING motherboards, MSI GAMING series have now been expanded for AMD gaming enthusiasts. Catering to virtually every gamer from enthusiast to casual gamers, MSI GAMING motherboards are specifically designed to house the best specs and features that gamers wish for, such as Killer LAN, Audio Boost and USB Audio Power. In addition, MSI continuously innovates the GAMING series by keeping a close ear to the gaming community, through professional advice and suggestions from eSports teams, enthusiast gamers and videogame developers, going all out to tailor the best gaming motherboards.

Military Class 4: The Most Stable Military Class Components
MSI uses award-winning Military Class 4 components. Military Class 4 is the next step in high quality components. Hi-C CAPs, Solid CAPs, Dark CAPs, together with SFC and Dark Chokes, ensure the system runs stable under extreme conditions. These key components have all passed extreme testing ensuring stable operation in the harshest environments. The core of Military Class 4 is based on the essential elements which increase your stability in the worst conditions, featuring humidity protection, high temperature protection, EMI protection and ESD protection. Ensure years of worry free gaming with MSI GAMING series.

AMD will be dissapointment for me. No matter how far can they OC they cpu. After thoose factory OC-d cpu-s with over 200+ TDP,no comment. Meantime since the motherboard is gaming, and they OC-d 1core to 6ghz i dont think is possible to play BF4 on single core no matter is it 6ghz or 10ghz :D
