Minisforum Offers Venus UM773 Lite Mini PC

Following the successful launch of the Minisforum UM773 with the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor in China, a new and more affordable version, the UM773 Lite, has now been launched globally. 



The UM773 Lite still features the same design as the original UM773, but the two USB 3.2 ports have been replaced with USB 2.0 ports to cater to users who typically use external keyboards and mice. The UM773 Lite is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor, AMD Radeon 680M integrated graphics, dual-channel DDR5 memory, PCIe 4.0 SSD, and the advanced USB4 Type-C port. The Ryzen 7 7735HS processor is part of AMD's new Ryzen 7000 series mobile processors, featuring eight cores and 16 threads, a base clock of 3.2 GHz, a maximum turbo clock of 4.75 GHz, and a default TDP of 54 W. The integrated RDNA2 Radeon 680M GPU has 12 CUs up to 2.4 GHz.

The UM773 Lite's thermal design includes liquid metal and a smart fan, ensuring that the device not only maintains cool core temperatures but also offers optimal performance, allowing users to play games uninterrupted. Moreover, the UM773 Lite supports up to 64 GB dual-channel DDR5-4800 MHz memory and offers different types of storage expansion options, including one M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD and one 2.5-inch SATA HDD Slot (SATA 3.0 6.0 Gb/s 7 mm). The UM773 Lite also features a USB4 port, which supports a maximum transfer speed of 40 Gbps, and two HDMI ports, allowing it to connect to up to three monitors with a maximum resolution of two 4K@60Hz and one 8K@60Hz (via USB4). The UM773 Lite has several interfaces, including an RJ45 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Port, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ×1 (Data Only, In Right), USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ×2, USB 2.0 Type-A ×2, USB4 Type-C ×1 (In Left), HDMI ×2, Clear CMOS ×1, DMIC ×1, and a 3.5 mm Combo Jack ×1.

The UM773 Lite's price ranges from $409 for the barebone version to $789 for the 64G+1 TB version, making it an affordable option for professionals and gamers who require a high-performance device with a powerful processor and impressive graphics.
