On Thursday at 3 PM CET / 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM UK Microsoft will reveal their XBox 'Project Scorpio'. Digital Foundry states to be able to bring the news exclusively. We assume technical specifications will be detailed in the announcement.

Project Scorpio should be the most powerful console Microsoft has ever made. It will feature major upgrades like rendering games at 4K resolution with 60 frames per second, and play virtual reality games like a VR version of Fallout 4. It's also been said that the new console won't get any exclusive games. Instead it will run current Xbox One games.
 

 
Scorpio should offer 4.2 or maybe even 6 teraflops of performance, including 320 GB/s memory bandwidth and 8 CPU cores. Microsoft says it's the most powerful console ever made and that it will be clearly more powerful than the PlayStation 4 Pro, which came out last year. The product itself should be available later this year.
