Microsoft launched the 12.4-inch size mobile notebook PC Surface Laptop Go 2 equipped with the 11th generation Intel Core processor.



It is a successor model to the "Surface Laptop Go," which was released in October 2020, and serves as a low-cost clamshell notebook PC in the "Surface" line. The CPU has been upgraded to an 11th-generation Intel Core processor, and the specifications, including the built-in Iris Xe graphics, have been increased. The battery life has also been marginally increased to a maximum of 13.5 hours. A Sage color has been added to the Ice Blue, Sandstone, and Platinum colors. The operating system has also been upgraded to Windows 11 Home (the first model was Windows 10 Home). The screen is a 12.4-inch PixelSense (1,536 x 1,024) PixelSense screen, and the CPU is a Core i5-1135G7. Memory is LPDDR4 x 4GB / 8GB, while storage is SSD 128GB / 256GB.

It also has a 720p HD camera, a fingerprint sensor, an omnisonic speaker with Dolby Audio Premium, and a network that supports Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5.1. The interface has one USB Type-C port, one USB Type-A port, one 3.5mm earphone jack, and one Surface Connect port. The outward measurements are 278.2 mm wide, 206.2 mm deep, 15.7 mm tall, and weigh 1,127 g.The global msrp is $599.
