And that's done with a full-screen pop-up. Microsoft is nagging Windows 10 users with its latest full-screen notifications for the free upgrade to Windows 11. Many users have reported receiving intrusive pop-up alerts, which appear to be linked to server-side updates rather than the regular Patch Tuesday updates.

The  notifications resemble the first boot experience of Windows 11, using XAML technology, and remind users that they are eligible for a smooth upgrade while they continue to use Windows 10. The pop-up offers the options to "Get it", "schedule the download", or "keep Windows 10" and it five pages/clicks long.

This is not the first time Microsoft has resorted to using nag screens to push its product, with a similar experience introduced with the May 2018 update. However, this time the alerts are more persistent, requiring five clicks to exit. Unfortunately for users, there is no way to bypass these notifications, which may reappear in the future.
