Another innovationis that now we can group our applications in specific positions more easily, and the multiple desktops will finally have a utility by allowing different shortcuts to be placed on the different desktops.

For those who wanted to run their favorite Android applications on Windows, there is also excellent news: Microsoft partnered with Amazon to support Android applications on Windows 11. Not looking forward to all of our users "accidentally" upgrading and finding out there's bugs in Autodesk and other software...

Is it just cosmetic front-end changes?
Is really a 10.1 upgrade, rather than a full version 10->11 upgrade?

This reminds me of the way some companies version numbers go up very slowly eg. 1.2.1 to 1.2.2 for major changes whereas other software does stupid big major number jumps for minor changes eg v65 to v80 in a few years (hello Firefox i'm talking about you).

Seems a lot of software companies now said fuck it, we will stop doing proper versioning, and instead just bump up the main number version on every patch because that's what everyone else is doing these days, and its better for marketing and end users think its much newer, bigger and better...
