Introducing ERGO K860, a science-driven ergonomic split keyboard for a more natural typing posture, so you can work comfortably without compromising productivity.
The curved wrist rest with pillowed cushioning places your forearms just above the keyboard, offering 54% more wrist support and reducing wrist bending by 25%. The adjustable palm lift feature keeps your wrists in a natural posture, whether you’re seated or standing. ERGO K860 is certified by United States Ergonomics and has been tested and rated for a 10 million keystroke lifespan.
Type with confidence on a curved keyframe using Logitech’s Perfect Stroke key system, designed for comfort, precision and fluidity. User-friendly online onboarding, including ergonomic workstation tips, makes setting up ERGO K860 a snap on Mac or PC platforms. Choose to connect via Bluetooth® Low Energy or the USB dongle.
The ERGO K860 follows your Logitech Flow™-enabled mouse, such as the Logitech MX VERTICAL Advanced Ergonomic Mouse, from one computer to another, so you can type on multiple devices in one fluid workflow when using Logitech Options software. Controlling multiple computers from one keyboard and mouse can improve your ergonomic setup by preventing strain caused by unnecessary physical movements.
Pricing and Availability
Logitech ERGO K860 will be available in January 2020. The suggested retail price for ERGO K860 is $129.99.

Hmmm... back to early 90's i see.
In these time M$ and logitech had already this design... with same arguments... it end with a fail (lot of people were having pain in hands).
In the same "better for your ergo" way there is the Bépo layout for Azerty user and the new Azerty+ layout in a less painfull way, the vertical mouse and the 3d mouse (not the pro 3d mouse that are perfect).
But all of these were bringing something new... but not this one.

It didn't fail, the concept is not complex - if you spend too long doing some action near the limit of some joint you get RSI. Standard keyboards are bad as you have to bend both wrists outward to their limit and you get RSI on the outside of the wrists. The split with the keys being angled out does a lot to prevent it. The other problem area is if the wrist is resting below the keyboard or mouse then they get angled upward near the limit of movement and you get RSI along the top (classic carpal tunnel), hence you get something to rest your wrist on to keep it flat.
Anyway nothing new or original about this keyboard but it looks like it has all the right ideas going on.

i totally like this keyboard, it's really well think to be useful for long writing sessions. I who have tendonitis, I think it will relieve my tendons by keeping the wrist in the flattest position possible.
