LG Electronics USA has revealed that its latest addition to the UltraGear lineup, the 49-inch Curved UltraGear monitor (49GR85DC-B), will be available for pre-order exclusively through LG.com until April 2, 2023, at a price of $1299.

This latest monitor from LG boasts an up to 240 Hz Dual QHD (5120x1440) curved (1000R) display with an ultra-wide 32:9 aspect ratio, VESA DisplayHDR 1000 support, and an ultra-fast 1 ms (GtG) response rate. It is also equipped with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, which ensures a smooth, virtually tear-free HDR gaming experience, and Dynamic Action Sync, Black Stabilizer, FPS Counter, and Crosshair, all of which are advanced gaming features. Additionally, the monitor features OnScreen Control, which supports both Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and Picture-by-Picture (PbP), allowing users to work, watch, stream or play from multiple input sources at the same time.

Designed with gamers in mind, the 49-inch UltraGear monitor has a three-sided, virtually borderless display design and LED Hexagon backlighting, providing an immersive gaming experience. It also has a DTS Headphone:X jack that provides accurate spatial localization in games for 3D audio over headphones. Consumers can choose from a variety of enhanced gaming GUI, including Gamer, FPS or RPS, to optimize display settings. With all of these features, the LG 49-inch UltraGear monitor is a must-have for serious gamers looking to take their gameplay to the next level.

Those who pre-order will also receive a free UltraGear Gaming Pad worth $199.99. The monitor is expected to be shipped in early April.
