LG Launches 27UK650-W 3840X2160 HDR IPS 27

LG is launching their latest 27-inch 4K HDR compliant LCD monitor, the 27UK650-W. Adopting a 3-side frameless design, this new 27-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor (HDR 10 standard support – achieving vivid and natural colors with wide viewing angle) supports a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.

The screen offers a  nice 1000:1 contrast ratio (5,000,000:1 DCR), 350 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Utilizing the ‘Flicker-Free’ technology and ‘Blue Light Reduction’ function for reducing the burden on eyes during long-term work.

  • 27 Inch 4K UHD IPS Monitor
  • HDR 10
  • sRGB 99% Color Gamut
  • AMD FreeSync™ Technology
  • 3-Side Virtually Borderless Display

RGB is the standard color space of ideal color reproduction. So, with over 99% coverage of the sRGB spectrum, this LG monitor is a great solution for professional photographers, graphic designers or anyone looking for highly accurate color. With FreeSync, gamers can experience seamless, fluid movement throughout hi-res, fast-paced games. FreeSync virtually eliminates screen tearing and stuttering. The 27UK650-W provides 2x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort input ports. The LG 27UK650-W will hit the market from January 26th for 69,000 Yen (about $627).

Not really. I have the 32UD99 version, the stand is very similar, and i have no problems with it.
Also this look like a very good version for whoever want's to spend a bit less money, $627 vs $999.
