LG Demos 88inch 8K OLED Display
So yes, that is like 33 million pixels, as in four times as many pixels as current 4K UHD TVs. The new announced OLED display has a resolution of 7680×4320, and that is 16 times more than FHD (1920×1080) and four times more than UHD (3840×2160).
When you think 4K and HDR are finally getting more mainstream, there's something new around the corner. This 8k OLED screen (not it's price) will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show. LG mentions it conventionally, increases in resolution make pixels smaller, and that lowers aperture ratio, which makes it hard to maintain luminance. OLED emits light by itself, so it doesn't lower luminance when the aperture ratio is lower, and is, therefore, best for 8K resolution, the company said.
Now of course, you can get a non-OLED 8K display in even larger display sizes but look at this as an upgrade over LG’s existing 77-inch panel with 4K resolution? Also, there is no price listed for the new 8k model, but I think the 4K 77-inch OLED model already runs at $20,000 with Samsungs 88-inch QLED technology based model also at $20,000 — but that’s also only “caughs” 4K, and QLED’s quality remains a topic over the discussion over OLED of course. LG will also be showcasing its new 2018 speaker lineup at CES 2018, along with its new 32-inch UHD 4K monitor (model number is 32UK950). The 32-inch 4K monitor will be the first from LG to offer the company’s advanced Nano IPS technology, which relies on “nanometer-sized particles to the screen’s LED to absorb excess light wavelengths” and thus improve the visual experience on the display.

I have a spare kidney, daily trained with beer. but for such a beast I'll need also some 15k euros more, for sure.
also, isn't polite to pay the montage team? from what I've heard, they're coming from Costa Rica, some InGen business...

Screw it... can work off one kidney anyway, two is overkill.

Since it's OLED, it should already be capable of being curved. But I guess their target demographic wasn't looking for this.
