Leak of AMD Threadripper Pro 5000 Series Specifications

Threadripper Pro CPUs (codenamed Chagall) will be introduced soon, and they will be compatible with AMD's sWRX8 socket, which is aimed at high-end workstations and servers. AMD's Threadripper Pro CPUs will be available next year year.

AMD appears to be planning to deliver five new CPUs: the 5995WX, the 5975WX, the 5965WX, the 5955WX, and the 5945WX. AMD's 5995WX processor is expected to be the fastest processor available. There appears to be no difference between the CPUs in terms of single core boost speed, core count (ranging from 12 to 64), TDP (thermal design power), and a power range (from 170 to 260 W). A total of eight channels of DDR4 3200 MHz memory are expected to be available, with a total of 128 PCIe 4.0 lanes predicted as well. It seems there will not be any HEDT Chagall CPUs available for purchase for consumers.
