The "EXCERIA PRO SSD" is the top-of-the-line consumer SSD from the Kioxia brand, and it is now available. 

The capacity lineup includes two models with capacities of 1TB and 2TB, and the NAND flash is "BiCS FLASH TLC." Sequential read speeds of up to 7,300MB / sec and write speeds of up to 6,400MB / sec are possible, as is random read speeds of up to 1 million IOPS (2TB) / 800,000 IOPS (2TB), and write speeds of up to 1.1 million IOPS (1TB) / 1.3 million IOPS (2TB). High-end gamers and professional creators who place a high importance on performance should consider purchasing this product.

The form factor is M.2 2280-S2-M, the external dimensions are width 22.15mm, length 80.15mm, and height 2.23mm, and the weight is 7.6g for 1TB and 8.0g for 2TB. The internal dimensions are width 22.15mm, length 80.15mm, and height 2.23mm. The total write capacity for 1TB is 400TB, and for 2TB it is 800TB. The mean time between failures (MTTF) is 1.5 million hours, and the product warranty is 5 years. 2TB will cost roughly 360 USD and the 1 TB model 179 EUR.
