KINGMAX Releases PX4480 ZEUS series PCIe Gen 4.0 compatible NVMe M.2 SSDs

KINGMAX announced the NVMe M.2 SSD "PX4480" series that supports PCI-Express 4.0 (x4) connection. The form factor is M.2 2280 and the capacity is 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB.

NAND flash is a 3D type and has two types of cache functions, SLC caching and DRAM cache buffer. It also supports functions such as the LDPC ECC and end-to-end data protection functions that prevent data errors and guarantees reliability, and the TRIM command, wear leveling, and garbage collection that extends the life of SSDs.

Transfer speed of 500GB model is 5,000MB / sec for sequential read, 2,500MB / sec for write, 400,000 IOPS for random read, 500,000IOPS for write, 1MB / 2TB for 5,000MB / sec, 4,400MB / sec, 600,000 IOPS, 500,000IOPS for 1TB / 2TB respectively. Write endurance is 850TB to 3,600TB, MTBF is 1.7 million hours, and product warranty is 3 years. The external dimensions are 22mm wide and 80mm long, and weigh 8.5g.

You'll likely find these products on Ali-express for bargain prices soon as they are very active there. We tested their products in the past, this is a reliable manufacturer.
