KINGMAX PCIe 4.0 SSD PQ4480 series

KINGMAX Technology  launched the PQ4480 family of NVMe M.2 SSDs that offer PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connectivity. There are three capacities available: 250GB, 500GB, and 1TB.

NAND flash memory is 3D NAND and includes an SLC caching mechanism that speeds up data transfer. Additionally, it features LDPC ECC for increased data dependability and end-to-end data protection, as well as NAND protection functionalities such as TRIM commands, wear leveling, and trash collection. The sequential reading speed is 3,500MB / sec, the writing speed is 1,200MB / sec, the random reading speed is 150,000 IOPS, and the writing speed is 300,000 IOPS. The 500GB model has a sequential reading speed of 3,600MB / sec, 2,300MB / sec, 300,000 IOPS, and 350,000 IOPS, respectively. The 1TB model has a transfer rate of 3,600MB / sec, 3,000MB / sec, 400,000 IOPS, and 450,000 IOPS, respectively.

The write endurance ranges from 150 to 600 TBW, the MTBF is 2 million hours, and the product is covered by a three-year warranty. External dimensions are 22 mm in width, 80 mm in length, and 8.5 g in weight.
