JVC launches three D-ILA home projectors under Victor branding - DLA-V90R has 8K60p input.

Looking ahead to 8K content, which is projected to become more widely available in the future, the Victor brand's D-ILA home projector, which supports 8K60p input, is a promising option. The high-end model is also compatible with HDR's most recent standard, "HDR10 +," and is capable of accurately expressing the goals of the video creators.

In addition, the light source is based on the innovative laser technology "BLU-Escent," which provides both exceptional brightness and a long life of roughly 20,000 hours over the course of its operation. In addition, it is integrated with the innovative afterimage reduction technology "Clear Motion Drive," which allows for smoother reproduction of 4K / 8K images in comparison to previous models.

The high-end model "DLA-V90R" has the following specifications: a 2x electric zoom / focus all-glass lens with a diameter of 100 mm, a projection size of 60 to 300 inches, a brightness of 3,000 lm, and a native contrast ratio of 100,000:1. The input interface is HDMI x2, and the external dimensions are 500 mm in width, 528 mm in depth, 234 mm in height, and 25.3 kg in weight.

The medium model "DLA-V80R" has the following specifications: a 2x electric zoom focus all-glass lens with a 65mm diameter lens, a projection size of 60 to 200 inches, a brightness of 2,500lm, and a native contrast ratio of 80,000: 1. The input interface is HDMI x2, and the external dimensions are 500 mm in width, 505 mm in depth, 234 mm in height, and 23.1 kg in weight.

It has a 65mm diameter lens with a 2x electric zoom focus and a projection size of 60 to 200 inches, and it has a native contrast ratio of 40,000:1. The lower model "DLA-V70R" has the following specifications: 2x electric zoom focus, all-glass lens, projection size of 60 to 200 inches, brightness of 2,200lm, and a native contrast ratio of 40,000:1. The input interface is HDMI x2, and the external dimensions are 500 mm in width, 505 mm in depth, 234 mm in height, and 22.5 kg in weight.

The most expensive model the, DLA-V90R will cost well over 21K USD, whereas the DLA-V70R will sell at 9700 USD.

"the Victor brand's D-ILA home projector, which supports 8K60p input, is a promising option."
Why?
8K60 "input" isnt a promising option, it promises very little.
8K60 output might hold some promise, but even then, who has the power to drive that.
But it doesnt appear to support it.

The input interface is HDMI x2

Does that have a meaning?

Called NZ9, NZ8 and NZ7 in europe/UK

US the DLA-NZ7 will cost $10,000, the DLA-NZ8 will set you back $15,000, and the DLA-NZ9 retails for $25,000

Europe: €10,000, €15,000, and the DLA-NZ9 retails for €25,000 (rumoured)
UK msrp are £11,500 / £15,800 / £25,350

The brits are getting shafted there it seems
on NZ7

Anyway all absolutely crazy prices that all but the very richest people could never justify paying for a home projector.
