An image of the reported GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, more precisely an Asus GeForce RTX 3090 Ti TUF Gaming model, has been uploaded online by the Chinese news outlet IT Home (via HXL) and has gone viral. 

The new Ampere flagship will almost certainly earn a spot at the very top of the list of the greatest graphics cards, at least in terms of raw performance. The RTX 3090 will almost certainly have a higher GPU price than the current RTX 3090. (which already sells for over 50 percent more than its original MSRP).

This will be the first RTX 30 card with a total power consumption of 450W, which is about 100W more than the current flagship GPU from NVIDIA. When comparing the 350W RTX 3090 TUF to the 400W RTX 3090 TUF, we can instantly see a difference in the cooler. The cooler appears to be thicker, and each of the three fans has a greater number of blades. This new GPU, the GA102-350, will have 10,752 CUDA cores and will be used to power the RTX 3090 Ti. This will be the first NVIDIA card to feature Micron's 21 Gbps memory bandwidth. While the memory size and memory bus remain same from the RTX 3090 sans Ti, the card will employ two 2GB GDDR6X modules in each of the four memory slots instead of one (the non-Ti model has 24 1GB modules). The RTX 3090 Ti may achieve a maximum bandwidth of more than 1 TB/s when using this memory configuration. According to reports, the NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti will be introduced on January 4th and released on January 27th.
