iPhone 7 Makes Hissing Noises under full load

iPhone 7 Makes Hissing Noises under full load

After the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco there seems to be something brewing over at Apples as well. When the smartphone is under heavy usage it apparently starts to make hissing noises.

Multiple reports have now been filed on this problem. What component would actually be making the sound is unclear, it could very well be the speaker making noises.

Stephen Hackett of 512 Pixels explains the issue...

As my iPhone 7 Plus was restoring from iCloud, I thought I noticed some sound. After picking the device up from my desk, it was clear the sounds are coming from back of the phone, possibly from the CPU. It seems to get worse if the iPhone is under load. It’s loud enough to be heard even if the iPhone is just sitting on the desk.

It is unclear how many iPhones have been affected by the noise problem. Apple has not yet responded to the complaints.

Well, at least its not exploding ...

Normally zombies are groaning, but I don't really see why they couldn't be hissing as well.

Ha-ha-ha!
Hey, we all forget that:
1) There's NO problem until Apple confirms it.
2) If there's an issue it can't affect more than "a small number of users".
3) Failure to believe points 1 and 2 is a blasphemy.
