InWin Launches 216 Mid-Tower ATX PC Chassis

InWin announced its 216 mid tower ATX PC chassis. With a mix of superb cooling potential and user-friendly features, the 216 is designed to meet a wide range of PC building needs while sporting a sleek, modern aesthetic.

The clean front panel is paired with a brushed aluminium strip that discretely offers ventilation along the side. It’s matched with more ventilation on the opposing side. The tempered glass side panel offers a great view of the internal hardware and lighting. InWin’s attention to detail includes integrated magnets that keep the glass secured in place even when you remove it via the user-friendly thumbscrews. Supporting up to E-ATX 12 x 13-inch motherboards, graphics cards in either vertical or horizontal orientation and accommodating up to seven storage drives. The 216 supports high-end hardware, including larger heatsinks up to 166mm tall, graphics cards up to 380mm long and PSUs up to 220mm.

The high-cooling performance is also flexible with up to six 120mm fans that can be placed in front (x3), top (x2) and rear (x1), including up to 360mm radiator support for AIO or liquid-cooling. The 216 also includes a quick-remove magnetic dust filter to make cleaning quick and easy. The front panel IO includes two USB 3.1 Gen-1 Type A and 3.5mm stereo headphone and microphone jacks.  In Win didn't reveal pricing information.

More of the same, boring look.... InWin must not think airflow is important, since they seemed intent on restricting it..... The recent case design trend is just about enough to make me give up this hobby and just buy a pre-built....
