Intel's Atom Platform Expands Into Embedded Computing

by Thorsten Finck on: 03/06/2009 09:53 AM | source: | 0 comment(s)

With the expansion of the existing Z5xx series of its Atom processor platform, Intel plans to address the growing segment of embedded computing, such as in-vehicle infotainment, medical, retail and transaction solutions (kiosks, point-of-service terminals), gaming and industrial control and automation.
