Intel will significantly reduce its representation at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2022. It will close its booth and reduce the number of personnel that will be present at the show. It intends to do all of its future work entirely digitally.

On January 4, right before the show, Gregory Bryant, executive vice president and general manager of the client computing group, and Amnon Shashua, the inventor of MobilEye, will have a news conference at the Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. Intel was the one who informed Tom's Hardware about the situation. In their own words: "In the spirit of Intel's safety policy, our plans for this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will move to an online-first, live experience, with just a small number of people present on site." This year, Intel will not have a booth at CES, according to a representative from the company. "The amount of people who will be in person will be reduced to only those who will be required to support Intel's digital-first, live experience," the representative said. The small workforce at CES has the option of seeking assistance in person.

It was noted that the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) is in charge of organizing the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and the corporation stated that this was due to CTA guidelines prohibiting changes. It was created as a result of the company's involvement in the Omicron version of COVID-19.

Intel will not be exhibiting at CES in 2022, and cancels booth.
