On the virge of the release of a new quad-core family series processors Intel launched another Core 2 Quad processor, the Core 2 Quad Q9505 based on a 45nm fabrication process (Yorkfield core) can be seated in socket LGA775 and runs at 2.83GHz. It has 6MB of L2 cache and a 95W TDP.
It's expected to be priced roughly at US $210.
