At Chiphell, a leaker released a series of reviews highlighting Intel's quad-core i3-12100 and i3-12300 processors.

The product corresponds to the most affordable Alder Lake-S configuration, which will be announced in early January. The study includes qualification samples for three SKUs: QYVQ, QYVR, QYHW, and QTVM, which are expected to function similarly to the retail samples. Core i5-12400 has six P-cores and twelve threads, also leaked is the i3-12100 and i3-12300 processors (4 P-cores, 8 threads). The i5-12400 was put through its paces in two different ways: C0 is based on a large Alder Lake-S chip with eight cores that has been partially deactivated, whilst H0 is based on a smaller variation with up to six P cores.  In Cinebench R23, the i5 outperforms the Ryzen 5 5600X by approximately 7 percent to 14 percent, according to Intel (multicore and singlecore, respectively). Additional improvements in single-threaded performance are seen with the 12400 in the integrated CPU-Z benchmark, however no improvement is seen when all cores are enabled.  The i3-12100 and the i3-12300 are virtually comparable in terms of performance, the latter is around one percent faster at 1080p. Compared to the 5350G, they are 26.8 percent faster and 28.2 percent quicker, respectively.

Core i3-12100 and i3-12300 processors are two exceptionally powerful quad-core processors from Intel, both of which use the H0 stepping, are explored in detail.  If the performance data from the Chiphell forum is accurate, AMD's current processors will face serious competition in the lower price range from Intel. As is customary, you should wait for the CPUs' official benchmarks before making a definitive judgment. Additionally, AMD is unlikely to be left behind for an extended period of time. A CPU upgrade, in the shape of Ryzen CPUs with 3D-V-Cache, is already underway to compete with Intel's Alder Lake. Have a peek below.
