Intel and Microsoft Preparing for Windows 12 Release
According to leaked information by @leaf_hobby, Intel's new Meteor Lake desktop platform is ready to support Windows 12, the upcoming operating system from Microsoft.
Other companies like AMD are also producing hardware to make the new software emerge, and Microsoft is integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Windows 12 to enhance its capabilities. It has been claimed that Intel has discussed Windows 12 compatibility with its next-generation CPUs internally. The tweet has been deleted, however rumored is that Meteor Lake will support Windows 12 and have 20 PCIe Gen5 lanes. Intel was approached to comment on the leak, but the corporation declined. Microsoft also remained silent when asked about rumors that Intel would soon begin supporting Windows 12.
The commitment to AI-powered algorithms is not disclosed, but the update for W11 already allows the integration of ChatGPT with Bing within the platform. With the new generation CPUs, Windows 12 is expected to function perfectly. Although no official announcement has been made yet, we can expect to see the new software in action next year.

I'm sure it was stable for you. Like I said after installing you leave the system off and no problems. I did like the cool intro video and the hideous WMP skin.

I'm only going to disagree with Vista, when it was launched I installed in my laptop (valid licence from the university), the specs of my laptop were mid range (P4 3.0Ghz, 1GB RAM, Ati Mobility 9600) and I was surprised that was stable and working fine, and I hadn´t any problems with the softwares I needed for my day to day basis. TemporariIy I had a dual boot XP/Vista to test the migration and after a week went definitly for Vista and I never had the necessity to use XP. I only had a bit work to find compatible soundcard drivers but worked correctly after installing them, my PCMCIA Card for 3G connection was working fine too. That PC ended is life with Vista still working perfectly.
ME, yes this one was a big headache on my Celeron 266, very unstable. I went back to Windows 98 SE and was much better (not perfect). Later I updated to the 2000 and for a family PC for some light work it was fine.

Still have Vista on my oldest laptop, ca. 2008. Vista and Win7 were the last to bluescreen so MS has done some progress since them.

The only BSOD I recall with ME was on a single computer where I think it would BSOD consistently during install with something involving either the floppy drive or another device, but it must have been easy enough to workaround since I got it installed :p
