Leaked @harukaze5719, noticed CPU-Z specifications can be seen in the Intel video documenting the feat of overclocking to 9 GHz.

The KS variation is nothing more than a pre-binned version of the currently available desktop model. However, these are only the settings for the Processor Base Power (PL1), and it is very probably going to be higher with the Max Turbo Power (MTP/PL2), which has not yet been confirmed. The CPU is displayed with a Max TDP of 150W. As reference, a normal 13900K has a 125W TDP (PL1), (whereas the Pl2 state can close in at roughly 250W).

The 13900KS, which is also known as the first desktop CPU to run at 6 GHz, is scheduled to be released in the beginning of the following year. It has been rumoured that it will be made available on January 12th. This information was able to get out because it is no longer a mystery that the CPU is now available to hardcore overclockers.
