Intel Lake Tiger-U processors are yet to be found on the market, but Intel is testing them, and tests have appeared in 3DMark that reveal the first performance numbers of these chips and their integrated graphics based on the Xe architecture.

In the graphics test, the Tiger Lake-U (Integrated graphics) reached 4514 points passingĀ a Ryzen 9 4900HS with integrated graphics by 10.5%. So that is looking promising for Intel, and given its early stage, drivers might bump up performance as well.

On the CPU side, the comparison of the screenshot you can see things are not fair to compare, 8-core processor and 16 threads vs. a 4-core 8-core CPU. However, the Ryzen 5 4650U with 6 cores and 12 threads, achieves 12988 points in the CPU test, compared to 13030 achieved by this Intel processor with 2 cores and 4 threads lesser. So yes, things look good for intel on the upcoming mobile platforms. Tiger Lake-U is expected to arrive in late 2020 or early 2021.
