Capacity ranges from 40GB to 320GB, transfer speeds range from 560MB / sec to 490MB / sec, random read speeds range from 73,000 to 86,000 IOPS, and operating temperatures range from -40 to 85° C, 0 to 70° F. Additionally, products suitable for commercial temperatures of ° C are available.
The form factor is M.2 2242, however, it is also compatible with M.2 2260 and M.2 2280 upon request.
