Cyberpunk 2077 / GeForce RTX 4090 runs up to 2850 MHz / 50C temperatures
Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p on its crazy settings preset, with DLSS, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 apparently boosts up to 2.8 GHz (2810 to 2850 MHz) at factory settings.
The RTX 4090 achieves 59 frames per second at native resolution (49 at 1% lows) with a 72–75 milliseconds frame time. Graphics processing unit (GPU) temperatures are observed in the region of 50 to 55 °C. The average latency drops to 53 ms and the frame rate increases by nearly twice to 119 FPS (1% lows) when DLSS 3 is activated. Since latency has been cut in half, this amounts to a net increase of two times the frame rate. It is also claimed that the energy consumption has been cut down considerably. DLSS "quality" 3 reduces power consumption by 25%, from 461 W while rendering at native resolution to 348 W.

The shift in workload from the FP32 cores to the tensor cores, which execute the DLSS algorithms, likely contributes to the power numbers. Instead of using the entire GPU for brute force, which is inefficient and drains more power, the specialized tensor cores at these talks can analyze the data far more quickly and efficiently, all while using less power. We can't wait to get our hands on some review samples of DLSS 3 and see if it truly is a game-changer.

Mr. Bean, played by Rowan Atkinson, was inserted into "Cyberpunk 2077" and fits in quite well! The portion with the middle finger was simply too perfect!:-) ...

I agree with you guys. My 3090 and CPU kicks out heat. I actually made the decision awhile back to relocate my system to a cooler part of my home. The heat generated from my electronics can get a little toasty. These cards are getting quite large with power appetites.
My new case is huge for great airflow and cooling. Winter season is upon us here in Michigan as well. The PC will be nice and comfortable.

This is not official, but it's what most are going off. https://videocardz.com/newz/amd-navi-31-gcd-graphics-complex-die-is-reportedly-350-mm%C2%B2-in-size

Which case is that ?

Might be that they don't have the tech to interconnect 2 chips down 100 % yet. Will be interesting to see what they will be able to do once it’s ready.

no I am not certain since the card isn't out, but that's what was leaked.
