I-O Data 60GB, 240GB And 480GB SSDN-3TB SSDs

I-O Data has just added three new storage capacities to its SSDN-3TB SSD line-up by bringing you the 60GB, 240GB and 480GB models. Just like the recently released 120GB model, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 480/200 MB/s (60GB model), 470/380 MB/s (240GB model) and 480/190 MB/s (480GB model), respectively. The 60GB, 240GB and 480GB models will start shipping from May 5th, prices unannounced. [I-O Data]
