Hunt: Showdown launches August 20

Crytek will release Hunt: Showdown for Xbox One and PC on August 20 for $39.99 and for PlayStation 4 this fall. In addition to the digital release, Crytek is partnering with Koch Media to release a physical edition at retailers worldwide. The first-person multiplayer bounty hunting game first launched in Steam Early Access in February 2018 and Xbox Game Preview in May 2019. According to Crytek, the early access releases allowed the development team to take player feedback and integrate it into the game’s development roadmap. Nearly 20 updates and patches have been released since February 2018, including a new boss, new map, two new times of day, additional artificial intelligence, Quick Play, and over a dozen weapons. Everyone who purchased Hunt: Showdown in early access will receive an exclusive legendary weapon skin.
