Yes, they are still arround. HIS (Hightech Information System) released their customized Radeon RX 580 ICeQ 2X OC 8GB with IceQ X² cooler.
The Polaris based graphics card comes with a dual-fan dual-slot IceQ X² Cooler and is factory tweaked for you with a 1366 MHz boost clock. The card runs it's memory at 8 Gbps. A completely custom PCB design featuring enhanced power desig. It also has a classy matte black metal backplate that gives the RX 580-based cards more structural strength and provides a finishing touch.
