I have such kit sealed, its Micron, all cheap DDR5 is Micron, if you buy 5200 or lower its 98% Micron. BUT it should work fine at rated speed, even slight OC
With DDR5 many boards have had such issue but most if not all received bios updates with ram fixes, Gigabyte had the WORST compatibility among all , but they already released 4 bioses, so everything is fixed, if you still on OG bios no matter whos the board maker, get updated

It is Hynix

My 5600c36, 6000c40 and 6000c36 is samsung. 6400c32 is confirmed Hynix.

Samsung taps out about ~6400mhz with abit "loose" timings, like c36. Still hard to get memtest stable. Pretty good, but still "far" behind Hynix.
So is it a good investment? will it OC? Im still considering, if i buy it ill have to sell two new kits that i have XPG 5200 and Gskill RGB 6000/36
Do you know about any people on that forum with such kits?

How well ddr5 is overclocking depends on time invested in it. We are still learning ddr5

my ADATA 32GB (2x16GB) 5200MHz CL38 XPG Lancer is running at 4800 CL 40 which is the fastest i could reach stable, nothing above that works not even at 1.4V
